We were buying a vacation cabin in an area we were not familiar with. Keith was amazing, from showing us how to operate the propane heaters, how cisterns work and recommending skilled professionals to help with some maintenance. Our deal with the anxious seller had some ups and downs, with easements needed. Keith kept us informed and calm every step of the way, and got the deal done. He's someone we clicked with right away. He's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rural properties, which was essential for this "city" family. Thanks to his hard work, we have a beautiful property and cabin to enjoy for many years to come. We could not make a higher recommendation!

My brother and I were in a strange situation. The house that we sold was owned

by my brother in law and sister. We were not able to be in Kentucky for the selling

part of the house. Keith made every effort to handle the sale and keeping in constant

contact with my brother who lives in Wisconsin. He handle all the problems that

came up. We were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend

him to anyone trying to sale or buy a home in that area of Kentucky.

Due to a previous experience, my husband and I did not have very high hopes for house hunting/ agents in general. Keith absolutely turned that around within the first conversation with him!
